NLEvate account deletion workflow
To delete your account in NLEvate, sign in and open Account → Delete account. Review the warning, enter your current password, type DELETE, then choose Delete account permanently.
If you cannot access your account, email kajv02@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with the account. We may verify ownership.
What deletion means
Deletion permanently removes your account and private study data, including quiz history, flashcard review progress, bookmarks and notes, and progress records. It does not delete NLEvate’s system questions or flashcard library.
Personal data in active systems will be deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except information retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Routine backups may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten or securely retired.
Deleting the app from a device does not delete an account.
