Who operates NLEvate
NLEvate is independently operated by karlvillanil715. It is an educational review application for nursing students and licensure candidates. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Board of Nursing, CHED, or any government examination authority.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process your email address, username, optional profile name, account identifier, login/activity timestamps, timezone, quiz and answer history, scores, bookmarks and notes, flashcard review history, anatomy attempts, progress/readiness indicators, streaks, XP, achievements, and support or feedback messages.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, save study progress, provide review features, calculate educational progress indicators, respond to support requests, secure the service, and comply with applicable obligations. No payment processor is currently active.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, database, and infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service. The current production data service is hosted in Singapore. We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or use third-party analytics trackers.
Retention
Account and study data are retained while the account remains active. After a verified account-deletion request, personal data in active systems will be deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Data remaining in routine backups may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten or securely retired. Support and privacy-request records may be retained for up to two years after the request is resolved.
Educational and medical information
NLEvate is not a healthcare service, does not establish a nurse-patient relationship, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or manage any patient’s condition. Do not enter real patient-identifying information, protected health information, confidential hospital information, passwords, or confidential/recalled examination content into notes, feedback, or support messages.
AI-assisted content
Some educational, editorial, or classification content may use AI assistance and undergo internal quality review. AI assistance does not make content official or infallible.
Account deletion and privacy requests
Users can delete their account from Account → Delete account. Deletion requires the current password and explicit DELETE confirmation. If you cannot access your account, email kajv02@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” or a privacy-rights request. We may verify account ownership.
